SOCO HOT SAUCE

Ken Vostoris and David Fotenas created the hot sauce recipe in 2009 and the recipe hasn’t changed since. We use a combination of 12 different ingredients, simmered with fresh cut veggies and seasonings. This mixture has a very unique flavor, with a mild kick. When Tipsy’s first opened, we served our hot sauce in small plastic cups the side. Our hot sauce became so popular, we decided to bottle it up and sell it. We decided to name the sauce after Ken “SoCo” Vostoris, who passed away before Dave took ownership. His recipe and name will be carried on for as long as Tipsy’s is around.
